Language reference

The reference separates the implemented lexical layer from language rules that still await parser and semantic work.

• Lexical specification: current tokenizer behavior.
• Grammar, declarations, expressions, and statements: provisional.
• Type system and classes/interfaces: settled direction with major open semantics.
• Exceptions, modules, and memory model: intended models, not implementations.

Only the lexical specification describes substantial working compiler behavior.
